Midweek Mayhem Terms and Conditions 2022

Bankstown Sports Midweek Mayhem Members’ Draw– Terms and Conditions 1. Bankstown Sports Midweek Mayhem Members’ Draw will commence Thursday 7 July 2022 at 9am AEDT and conclude Wednesday 28 September 2022 at 8.59pm AEDT (12 x weekly draw nights).

2. Draws will be from a total prize pool of $70,000 cash. Distributed into the following: Cash Jackpot: $60,000 Final Draw Night Bonus Draw: $10,000 3. Each draw will be conducted at Bankstown District Sports Club (BDSC) of 8 Greenfield Parade, Bankstown NSW 2200, using a digital promotional system. The drawn membership number will be displayed on selected screens at BDSC. The membership number will also be announced over the public address system. In the event of a technical failure, membership numbers may not be displayed on screens and/or draws may be postponed.

Weekly Cash Jackpot and How to Enter 4. The 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm and 9pm draws between 9am Wednesday 13 July 2022 and Wednesday 28 September 2022 are referred to as the ‘Cash Jackpot’.

Members can enter the Weekly Cash Jackpot Draws by doing any of the following: (a) Members will receive one entry into the Virtual Barrel for swiping or scanning their Membership card at the nominated screens every hour, on the hour for the promotion week from Thursday 7 July – Wednesday 28 September. The first promotion week is Thursday 7 July 2022 9am – Wednesday 13 July 2022 6:59pm. From then the promotion week will be from the time the member is found on the Wednesday 9:01pm until the following Wednesday 6:59pm. (b) Members will receive one entry into the Virtual Barrel for every $15 spent at dining and beverage outlets at BDSC and venues (excluding San Churro, Lady Banks Rooftop and Al Aseel) between 9am Thursday 7 July 2022 and Wednesday 28 September 2022 Entries will be allocated as follows: i.

One Membership card can be swiped or scanned per transaction to earn the entry into the Virtual Barrel. The Membership card must be scanned or swiped at time of transaction by the Member. ii.

Members can make a purchase through BDSC’s online ordering system (known as ME&U) to earn entries. Entries from purchases made after midnight each Wednesday through ME&U will go into the Virtual Barrel and will be included in the following week’s draw. iii.

ME&U is a separate legal entity and is entirely unrelated to BDSC. BDSC is not responsible for any entries that are provided to it late or are otherwise not provided to it by ME&U. 5. The ‘Cash Jackpot’ draws will jackpot by $1,000 each draw time.

6. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the dedicated promotion area at the screens located above the Mona Foyer. If the prize is unclaimed after four (4) minutes, the prize will jackpot to the next draw.

7. If the ‘Cash Jackpot’ has been won, the next draw time will start from $1,000.

8. The total prize pool of the ‘Cash Jackpot’ is $60,000 cash.

Final Draw Night – Bonus Draw 9. The 8pm draw on the final draw night (Wednesday 28 September 2022) is referred to as ‘Final Draw Night – Bonus Draw’.

10. The ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ includes only members who swiped/scanned their membership card at member terminals from 5pm on Wednesday 28 September 2022.

11. The ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ will be drawn after the 8pm ‘Cash Jackpot’ draw at approximately 8.04pm.

12. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area.

13. Redraws will take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found. If a winner is not found before the next ‘Cash Jackpot’ draw time, the last member drawn before this time will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned the next business day. This

member must claim their prize within one week from contact. In the event the prize is not claimed within the period a comparable and legal redraw will occur.

14. Once a $10,000 winner is drawn, they will still be eligible to be drawn in the cash jackpot draw at 9pm.

15. The total ‘Final Draw Night - Bonus Draw’ prize pool is $10,000 cash.

Final Draw Night 16. On the final draw night, Wednesday 28 September 2022 the ‘Cash Jackpot’ will continue to increase by $1,000 each draw time at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm and 8.30pm 17. If the ‘Cash Jackpot’ is won, the next draw will start from $1,000.

18. At 9pm, a draw for 1 member will occur. They will win the total value of the ‘Cash Jackpot’.

19. The prize amount to be won will be announced by the MC. 20. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize at the promotion area.

21. Redraws will take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found.

22. If the remaining jackpot is not claimed at the final draw, redraws will continue to take place every four (4) minutes until a winner is found.

23. If the prize is not claimed by 9.45pm, the next member/s drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance on the night and will be phoned the next business day. The member/s has to claim their prize within three months from contact. In the event the prize is not claimed within the period a comparable and legal redraw will occur.

24. Members must be physically and personally present at Bankstown District Sports Club (BDSC) to claim their prize within the claim period.

25. Suspended members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter the draw or claim prizes.

26. Participation is open to all those in venue over the age of 18, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies and participating outlets.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.

27. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens, PA system or draw system), draws may be postponed or cancelled. Cancellation or postpone of a draw is strictly at management discretion and negotiation will not be entered into. In the event of a cancellation, prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited and the cancelled draws value will be added to the following draw. This does not apply to the Bonus Draws -the bonus draw prize will be forfeited.

28. All winners are required to present proof of identity to claim their prize.

29. BDSC is not permitted to issue any more than $2,000 prize money in cash. Any prize money exceeding $2,000 must be awarded as a registered cheque or EFT. If the prize is claimed 10pm or later, the entire prize must be issued as a registered cheque or EFT. All registered cheques will be available two business days after the draw, the winner/s will be contacted directly to advise them of the specific timing.

30. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
