Recently, the SBM bank has launched a new service called ‘SBM Quick’ facility that allows you to get your account balance or a mini statement on mobile phones.
Procedure to get account balance on Mobile The service is available on all phones with or without GPRS connection and no need to download the application. All current or savings bank account holders in P segment and current account holders in SME segment are eligible and all customers can avail the service irrespective of telecom service provider. The service is free of charge and SMS cost will be borne by the customer. The ordinary SMS charges are applicable and the following functionalities are available through: 1. Enquiry services 2. Mobile top up 3. DTH top up/recharge
