BRUFC MEMBERSHIP GRADES AND SUBSCRIPTION RATES – 2022/23
3. The grade of “Non-playing Participant” will be awarded at the discretion of the Committee and is intended to recognise those people who are making a positive contribution to the Club in a voluntary capacity (e.g. First Aiders, Team Admins/Managers, etc.).
4. Player privileges include RFU Insurance, use of showers, provision of kit & equipment, laundry, post-match meals, etc.

7. Family Membership covers one adult social member and two or more children (U18) from the same family. If the adult requires a different membership category (e.g. Senior Male), they will be required to pay the difference between the category required and the social membership rate (e.g. £125 - £55 = £70, making the total amount due £240).
2. VPs are asked for a minimum donation of £90 as a membership subscription. This does not qualify for Gift Aid as they receive membership privileges in return. Any donation above £90 will attract Gift Aid as above.
6. Student (over 18) is a discretionary grade of membership allowed to full-time students, living away from Banbury and thus only able to play up to five matches during the season (i.e. outside of term times). Full-time students playing more than five matches during the season will be required to pay the Colt / Student (U18) rate.
5. Access to Social Touch Rugby and Walking Rugby is a privilege of all grades of membership. New players are allowed three ‘taster sessions’ free of charge.
8. The Club’s Inclusivity Policy underpins this membership structure. Nobody will be denied the opportunity to play rugby at Banbury on grounds of affordability. Any person finding it difficult to pay a subscription is invited to speak confidentially with any member of the Management Committee or to email the Inclusivity Working Group (bursary@banburyrufc.co.uk).

SERVICES AND FACILITIES
Banbury Town Council encourages sport and healthy living. It looks after the town’s parks, open spaces, and allotments and maintains a number of sports facilities that can be hired by the season or on a one-off basis. There are five adult and four junior football pitches, two cricket pitches, tennis courts, and there are links with bowls and tennis clubs that allow members of the public to play with-out joining the clubs. Five parks have fitness equipment installed.
