In this catalogue, we are delighted to introduce you to the new range of carp rods from BANANA RODS. BANANA RODS blanks and rods are designed, manufactured and built from start to finish in our workshops in Chaingy, near Orleans / France: choice of carbons, design and manufacture of blanks, rod building, custom finishing, and varnishing in a clean-room environment... We decided to retain overall control of production in France, in order to provide every angler with unequalled performance, a perfect finish, and incomparable angling pleasure. Throughout our product range, you will find evidence of our extensive know-how at BANANA RODS, plus our ongoing goal of extreme quality that we strive towards every day and at each stage of our uncompromising manufacturing process. There is also the care we take to provide our customers with the best service following delivery of their rods. BLANK MANUFACTURING & ROD BUILDING
Blank Manufacturing Each BANANA RODS blank is designed and developed in-house by our Design Office, following demanding specifications drawn up using the expertise of our team of product developers and the properties of the latest generations of carbon cloths. Next come 10 stages of manufacturing, from cutting shapes out of carbon cloth to finishing and testing the blank on the test-bench, using highly sophisticated computer-controlled machines. A complex and rigorous process, which calls for specialised know-how and skills, and guarantees high-performance blanks of impeccable quality, perfectly suited to each type of angling.
