t was a beautiful, albeit slightly windy and partly cloudy morning at Pimlico Race Course as Baltimore’s Jewish community members joined together for the 36th year to burn their chametz in
preparation for the first Pesach Seder. This annual event, created and still carefully supervised by Dr. Bert Miller, was held at the Pimlico Race Course Clubhouse Parking Lot, from 6:30 – 11:30 a.m. and close to 10,000 Jews from all denominations were on hand to participate.
