TeachingPhilosophy
The goal of education is to foster students' willingness and ability to think about and learn about the world around them. For this reason, I consider education to be a key to success, whether that success be within life or in some other journey. In some ways, it has the same connotation as the word "book", which can indicate a window through which one might view the world. Therefore, education was not always obtained through more formal institutions like as schools; rather, it can come from anywhere and anyone.
A good teacher understands how to encourage students to think creatively beyond the classroom walls. I viewed teaching as a complex profession and it would be chaotic if it functioned without consideration of the principles of teaching and learning. As a future educator, I am well aware that every child is unique. Every aspect of a person's educational experience, including the mode of learning, the rate at which they absorb information, and the depth of their understanding, is distinctive to each kid. One principle that cannot be ignored is the importance of welcome and support learners from all backgrounds. It is unacceptable for a teacher to pass judgment on a student in any way, shape, or form, and it is unethical behaviour to make a student believe that they do not belong in the classroom. A good teacher has the ability to make their classroom being a welcoming place for all learners, as well as a secure environment in which they all feel heard and valued. I think those are main principle that would guide me as if one day I become an educator.
