WHAT KIND OF TEACHER DO
I WANT TO BE?
Being a teacher is an incredible journey, where you have the power to unlock students' potential, boost their confidence, and ignite a passion for learning. It's not just about lesson plans; it's about shaping lives. However, managing a classroom and being patient can be challenging, especially when dealing with students with different needs and abilities. One of the most significant challenges for teachers is getting to know their students and understanding their individual learning styles. But the reward? Transferring the transformative power of education and witnessing the magic of growth. It's a thrilling adventure, where innovation and authenticity breathe life into classrooms, making learning a joyous experience.
I am ready to embark on the extraordinary path of teaching!
STAGE ONE: OBSERVATION
The responsibilities of the teachers typically include planning and delivering lessons, managing the classroom, assessing student progress, providing guidance and support, and maintaining records. The challenges that might occur during teaching-learning activities can be vary, including student disengagement, diverse learning needs, disruptive behavior, or limited teaching-learning resources. Effective teachers strive to anticipate and address these challenges through proactive preparation and adapting the teaching strategies. One thing that motivated the teacher is the passion for education, a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives, and the satisfaction of witnessing their students' growth and achievements.

I am fuly aware that being a teacher holds an immense meaning since the teachers have the power to inspire, educate, and empower their students. Teachers serve as mentors and give guides, nurturing critical thinking skills and fostering a love for learning to students. The essence of being a teacher lies in making a lasting impact, helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
STAGE TWO: TEACHING ASSISTANT
To ensure effective teaching and learning activities, lesson plans often incorporate various strategies including clear learning objectives, engaging instructional methods, interactive discussions, hands-on activities, visual aids, and formative assessments. The teachers make adjustments in realtime to accommodate issues or problems in the class, such as addressing individual student needs, modifying instructional approaches, and providing additional support. By embedding activities that promote active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking can enhance student engagement and understanding. During my involvement in developing lesson plans and materials, I perceive that the teacher's profession as dedicated, dynamic, and continually striving to create engaging and impactful learning experiences to students. Communication and commitment are crucial for the teachermentor relationship which enabling effective guidance and support while ensuring a successful teaching experience.

STAGE THREE: CO-TEACHING
Teaching and learning activities are influenced by cultural backgrounds, with practices that reflecting students' identities. Varied activities was decided to fulfill students' needs, including differentiation and collaboration in teaching-learning activities.
Impactful educational tools like multimedia and technology use in order to enhance engagement during activities in class, usually using powerpoint and desmos graphic calculator to help student visualize better. It promotes meaningful connections, allowing students to embrace different perspectives and knowledge in learning the material being thought.

STAGE 4: INDEPENTENT TEACHING 1
Teaching strategies can be vary in the effectiveness depending on the context, student needs, and the specific goals of the lesson being taught. It is essential to analyze the outcomes and reflect on the positive and negative aspects of previous methods. Comparing strategies with other teaching methods allows for a broader perspective and understanding of their relative strengths and weaknesses. By identifying these outcomes, I can consider alternative strategies that may better to address the needs of my students, such as modifying instructional approaches and incorporating additional resources. Flexibility and adaptability are the key in refining teaching practices to ensure continuous improvement of the teaching activities. Teaching is such a dynamic profession, and what works well for one class or student may require adjustments for another so it is better to at least have backup plan when the other plan did not work well.

STAGE 4: INDEPENDENT TEACHING 2
Reflecting on teaching strategies is an essential aspect of professional growth as a teacher. When conducting independent teaching, it's important to evaluate the success of the strategies used and identify any drawbacks or limitations. This process involves a deep analysis of the teaching methods and how well they align with the students' needs and learning objectives, in the context of a particular pedagogy. For example, in a constructivist pedagogy, teachers may use inquiry-based activities to promote student engagement and learning, while in a behaviorist pedagogy, teachers may focus on providing clear instructions and immediate feedback. Then I decided to combine those approaches because as I observed it is suitable for the students' needs. Reflective practice is also essential in determining the next steps for improvement as I can identify what worked well and what didn't, adjust the approach accordingly, and continually monitor student progress to ensure that all students are achieving the intended learning outcomes.
