A two story foyer creates an open entry, and the very open layout of the family room, kitchen, and breakfast area create a large shared living space. Nine foot ceilings are standard on the first floor. The family room adjoins the covered patio, and the first floor study/fifth bedroom is located at the rear of the home.

The upstairs primary bedroom suite is accessed by double doors, and includes a tray ceiling in the bedroom, a private sitting room, private access to a spacious covered deck, a room-sized closet, and luxury bath with corner garden tub, separate shower, separate vanities, and enclosed commode area. A spacious upstairs hall opens to three more bedrooms, two of which share a bath, and to the home’s third full bath, utility room, and second linen closet. Two exterior elevations are offered, both featuring a covered entry and a multi-layered hip-and gable roof design, incorporating both brick and shake siding on the front of the home.

An option for a garden tub or whirlpool and separate shower stall is also offered. Two bedrooms with generously sized closets, a hall bath, a utility room with folding counter, and large loft complete the upstairs. Optional picture windows are available in the loft. This plan includes a walk-in unfinished attic storage area off bedroom #2.

The kitchen is open to the family room and includes a breakfast area, pantry, utility room with a folding area, and pass-through to garage. A drop zone layout is available, including coat closet and pantry.

The primary bedroom suite has a trey ceiling in the bedroom, a 4’ shower, linen storage, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet for shared use. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located off a semiprivate hallway with linen storage and close to Bath 2.

The Duncan has two front elevation options, both with hip roof designs, architectural gables above the garage, and transom windows.

This open floor plan has a vaulted entry and ninefoot ceilings on the main level. The large family room can be configured with optional fireplace flanked by built in bookcases, and overlooks the covered patio and rear yard. The adjoining kitchen offers a breakfast island, plenty of counter and cabinet space, a spacious breakfast area, pantry, and optional drop zone leading to the garage entry.
