FRONT COVER

Aunty Trina Dalton-Oogjes is a proud Wadawurrung woman and a highly skilled weaver. Aunty Trina creates traditional baskets and woven designs. Her artworks connect her with her heritage and culture and she draws inspiration from ancestors, Elders, animals, land, water and skies for her designs.

Ballarat Libraries celebrates NAIDOC Week and acknowledges Aunty Trina’s generosity in sharing her skills, so that we can learn more deeply about these traditional skills as they are passed down through generations.
