GUEST ACCOMODATIONS

There are several nice hotels nearby that we can recommend:

Bi-weekly services include:
• Bathroom
• Kitchenette (dishes left in the sink will be washed)
• Bed Making (upon request): Two sets of sheets are needed. Please place the clean set of sheets on the bed if you wish to have them changed. If the sheets are not out, housekeepers will not go into personal belongings to find them and, as a result, the sheets will not be changed.

Vacuum/Wet Mop Hard Surfaces
Time permitting, the following may be provided:
• Window Washing (inside – the outside windows will be washed professionally once a year)
• Blinds Cleaning
• Dusting - Our housekeepers do not move personal items.
• Apartment carpet cleaning will be scheduled after you have lived in your apartment home for one year, at no cost to you. If you wish to have it done before that time, please alert the Concierge and the charge will be applied to your account.
Scheduling Conflicts: Occasionally, your regular cleaning will need to be rescheduled due to special circumstances, such as inclement weather conditions, illness or vacation of a resident or housekeeper.
Rescheduling: We understand that things come up at the last minute. You may not feel well or perhaps you have company coming and you would like to move up your cleaning time. We will make every effort to try to reschedule your cleaning at a time that is more convenient for you. To arrange, please call 303.242.2552 or submit request through LifeLoop.
Time Change: If your housekeeper will be early or late, you will be notified.
Special Instructions or Requests: Please let your housekeeper know if you have any special instructions. If your requests fall outside our regular cleaning regimen, we are happy to accommodate them at an hourly charge. We will try our very best to accommodate your request(s).
