NODIADAU NIGEL’S NOTES
Tonight we welcome the League leaders to Maes Tegid in what promises to be a crucial fixture for the both teams involved.

Our visitors will be looking to cement their position at the top and keep the serious challenge of the chasing pack at arms length whilst the Lakesiders must get a result in their attempt to close the gap on the top 2 and also try to pull away from the teams behind them. It really is getting towards the business end of the season and it is promising to be the most exciting run in that the WPL has experienced for many years.
It is very apparent that the standards of the teams challenging at the top are extremely close and it is fine margins which will eventually decide the outcome of this fascinating season. We have had a nice break whilst others have been competing in the Welsh Cup and hopefully this rest will see us in competitive mood and firing on all cylinders for this challenge tonight. We know how difficult it will be! Every fixture between the Clubs is a fiercely contested affair and this should prove some excellent entertainment for all our paying guests this evening. I must mention our Reserve team in these notes. They have had a superb inaugural season and were playing an important Horace Wynne Cup Quarter Final last night. Lets hope that they achieved the desired result in that match but irrespective of that the team has been a revelation and a delight to have as an important part of our Club. Adam Galdo, Dafydd Hughes and all the players have been excellent and will no doubt grow in strength as we progress towards the close of this season and the prospect of further development next season. Well done to all involved. Once again I must sincerely thank Robert (Foxy) Jones for his magnificent sponsorship this evening. We are seriously indebted to Foxy for his brilliant support. He is such an integral part of the Club and it is this excellent sponsorship that allows us to continue the Club's development. Diolch Robert!! BIG BIG GAME!! Enjoy!
