I started trying to lose weight the old fashioned way by dieting and exercising and was losing 1-2lbs a week for a little over a month. I started taking these pills in addition to my diet and exercise and have lost 3-6lbs a week for the past few weeks. Overall, I am very pleased. I agree it does have a lot of caffeine but I have always been a coffee drinker so I just switched to green tea in the morning and the caffeine doesn't bother me. I also agree that it doesn't suppress the appetite, but I am much more energized. I am 20lbs in to a weight loss goal of over 100lbs, and I am definitely going to buy another bottle of this stuff.

Its only my third day but I love the energy they give me. Im a housewife and a mommy so I'm home all day. I used to wake up tired and not want to do anything, be lazy. But as corny as it sounds these have helped. I feel the energy, my body feels sick if i sit around. Im constantly cleaning playing with the kids, basically moving. The best thing is it controls my hunger. Being home all day is horrible because when you're bored you eat. But this i dunno it send signals to my brain or tummy i dunno but I feel better. The only thing i don't like is I cant sleep!! It takes me a long time to fall asleep and Im up at 530!!

Im just laying there thinking trying to fall back asleep! Good thing it doesn't make me tired. I feel good when I get up!

Hi, I'm a twenty-two year old (female) college student. I gained twenty pound since I began college, most in the last year since I quit the sport I was involved in to focus on academics. I haven't gained more than an inch in height (so it's not that I'm getting too much taller). I'm not terribly overweight (5'9" @ 170 lbs when I started), but I don't appreciate the extra pounds and I don't have the time to running as much as I'd like (and I do like running. That's not the issue here.)

I've tried the Mango African Plus for a little less than a month (I'm ordering more right now. I just figured I'm write a review, since I remember spending a long time trying to find comparisons on weight loss products). I've loss about 6 pounds. So it is working for me. It's not amazing, but it's doing the job I want it to. I followed the instructions (during weekdays:) on taking one pill twenty minutes before breakfast and one pill twenty minutes before lunch. (On weekends I altered this by only taking one pill twenty minutes before lunch, since I don't need the extra caffeine on the weekends.)

About the side-effects...

- Caffeine: I felt VERY jittery the first few days, and occasionally a little jittery for the next couple weeks, but nothing outrageous or that I couldn't handle.

The first couple nights it took me a couple hours more than usual to fall asleep and I woke up a couple times unable to sleep, but I'd crawl back into bed after 30 minutes. I didn't take any extra caffeine in the first couple of weeks (out of caution). Now (after 3-4 weeks), my body has gotten used to the caffeine and I've been drinking Starbucks and Monsters when I feel like it (more for the taste than the caffeine ha ha). At this point, yes I'm completely awake during the day (I can nap if I REALLY want to, but even if I do, I usually get up before my alarm). This is fine for me because I need to stay awake during my classes anyways.

- Stomach cramps: This is pretty slight and not very painful, but I figured I'd mention it.

Other than that I don't know what to say. I gave this product 4 out 0f 5 stars because it is doing (for me) what ti says that it would do. I usually don't give 5 out of 5 unless the product is absolute amazing, but I would recommend it and I am going to continue using it (I might eventually weed myself down to one pill a day and then to one pill only on week days, but I still have 14 more pounds before I have to worry about that). I have been taking these pills for almost a month now and am down 6 pounds.

To be honest - I'm already a pretty fit, thin woman, but have some extra pounds around the middle that I have been trying to get rid of to no avail! I already see a huge difference and feel much better about my body.

I read the reviews on the level of caffeine contained in each pill, and was a bit worried because I drink 1 cup of coffee most days of the week, but not every day. With the pills, now I just don't drink coffee in the morning at work, only on the weekends (because I like the taste of it), but I still don't get any caffeine jitters when I take the pills AND have coffee! Because I'm already thin, and only want to lose about 8-10 pounds overall, I take one pill most days.

Sometimes I will take the lunch time pill, but rarely. I take one in the am right when I wake up, then eat breakfast 20-30 minutes later. I haven't changed my diet at all or my exercise routine and I feel SO much better! I'm very happy to have purchased these pills, and I'm about to purchase another 3-months supply!

If you decide to ONLY take the pill but not change your lifestyle (by exercising and eating healthy) dont expect to lose weight. This is only my SECOND day using the pill and I have lost TEN pounds so far! HOWEVER if someone wants to take the mango pills, id give my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION to take the colon pills along with it. This is my second day of taking the pills, eating more food (that is healthy), drinking sooo much water (about 75 oz a day) and working out (1-2 miles on the trrack). I started out weighing 155 and now I'm down to 145.

MOST IMPORTANT PART: do not buy the mango or colon pills on the actual website bc IT IS A SCAM. they say you can try the product for 2 weeks and if you dont like it, you can return it and get your money back. THAT IS A LIE. for example, if you buy the pills and only have them for less than two weeks, and return them before the 2 week period is over, they will CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT. if you return them after the two weeks, they will still charge your account. so basically, when you decide to cancel, you will be charged. not matter what. and the thing is, you can tell it's a scam by how cheap it is. on the official website, i bought the mango pills for 7 dollars and on the colon cleanser website, i bought the pills for 2 dollars.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS: PLEASE BUY THE PILLS. they do work!! as long as your going to completely change your lifestyle by eating healthy and exercising while taking the pills you will see dramatic results. HOWEVER; PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE PILLS ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITES. the only way i wasnt charged 180 dollars (they charge you 90 dollars for each bottle once you cancel), is because i cancelled my bank account before the two week period ended and opened a new account. i would say buy the bottles on amazon or maybe even ebay idkkkk!

I dont get the gitters with the product. I do have to go to the bathroom right away after taking this. I dont believe I have enough time taking the product to give an accurate review. Will write again hopefully to order another bottle???

I have been taking this product for about 3 months now and have lost 30 lbs with it (50 lbs total, the first 20 were with diet and exercise alone). I wanted an extra boost so I decided to try this product along with my diet and am now averaging a loss of about 10 lbs a month. I would like to mention that I have cut my daily calories in half and work out 5-7 nights a week for at least an hour. This product will probably not work if you are not doing anything but taking it. I don't know if this is the case for the people who say it doesn't work.

I would also like to mention that when I first started taking it I was very sensitive to caffeine (had been caffeine free for quite some time). I will admit I could definitely feel the caffeine for the first few days but I didn't have shakes or jitters so nothing crazy. After a few days I was used to it and can't even notice it anymore. I highly recommend this product. It has helped me a great deal. I have 40 more lbs to lose and I know that with the diet and exercise in conjunction with this product I will reach my goal very soon. There is no miracle pill, I have tried many different products and learned the hard way. You have to do the work with it. Don't expect results just taking the product alone and sitting around doing nothing with it. I think this product is amazing and it really works if you are willing to put in the effort!
