Utility Week Live
Utility Week Live is the UK’s leading utilities industry exhibition, brought about by the experts at Faversham House Ltd, who are behind the leading business media brands in the gas, water and electricity industries.
The annual event is attended by over 3,000 senior utilities professionals, including energy retailers, gas and electricity network operators, water and wastewater companies, and water retailers.
Utility Week Live is the annual opportunity to access the UK’s water, gas, and electricity utilities – under one roof. Visitors can be recognised as a key solution provider and meet their target audience face-to-face at this two day event, attended by 100% of UK water companies, major energy retailers, gas network operators, and electricity networks.
Taking place from 16-17 May 2023 at the NEC, Birmingham, the event welcomed thousands of visitors, hundreds of exhibitors and hosted six simultaneous content programmes, making Utility Week Live an unmissable exhibition for all involved in the utilities industries.
Visitors could align their business with the following five themes:
Innovation – Innovation remains at the heart of UWL, and the organisers were delighted to welcome the UK’s leading utilities, who were showcasing their own innovation programmes.
Smart utilities – This is where water and energy companies discover the digitally enabled solutions and innovation that will get them to net zero.
Smart infrastructure – The show brought together engineers, contractors and kit and tech providers with the client utilities to forge new partnerships for accelerated delivery.
Flexible energy – Where energy supply meets end users, flexible energy is where most of the innovation in utilities will take place over the next 30 years. The show brought together players in this space for the first time in the UK.
Customer, culture and workforce – The show showcased advanced solutions for customer service and workforce management, including ways to ensure vulnerable customers are identified and served appropriately.
