The UK has seen a jump in battery-electric cars from 97,565 in 2019 to 926,187 in 2023, according to Zapmap, the leading UK eMobility service provider. There has been a sizeable shift from plug-in hybrids to battery-electric vehicles and this upward trend is expected to increase. Despite rising energy prices, many companies are taking the leap & switching to greener electric cars, vans and whole fleets and installing charging stations at workplaces. The UK Government has announced longterm plans to expand the electricity grid across the country and talks of new ‘electricity superhighways’ are already underway. Despite the UK petrol and diesel ban being pushed from 2030 to 2035, many UK households and businesses are already looking at EV investments over the coming months. through to first-time owners of electric vehicles. “We envisage a future of EV stations, dotted everywhere, to help embrace the future of EV for a greener, more sustainable era. “Looking to the future, we plan to expand into the solar market and eventually manufacture our own range of goods.
