This entry is my original work of authorship personally created by me in its entirety (the “Entry”), and I have full rights to use, assign, license or otherwise convey rights in and to the Entry to third parties, including CTF BM Operations Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company”). The Entry is not copied from and/or does not include the copyrighted materials of any third party, including, but not limited to, a published photograph, magazine, book illustration, computer manipulations, excerpts from published work. The Entry does not violate the copyright, other intellectual property right or any other rights of any third party, and my submission of the Entry does not violate any law, including, but not limited to, any intellectual property law.

To the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in criminal misconduct or any other conduct which will reflect negatively upon the Company or damage the reputation and/or interests of the Company.

I acknowledge that the selection of the entry will be made by the Company in its sole discretion. The Company maintains the right to declare no works if it determines that the submissions do not appropriately represent the call.

I release the Company, its employees and agents, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of my Entry during and after the Open Call.

I grant the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive right and permission to use, reproduce, and/or display my Entry for the purpose of selecting a work or set of works, and I give the Company permission to adjust, crop, brighten or make other minor edits to my Entry without changing its overall appearance in any material way to display the Entry in connection with the Open Call.

I understand that, at the conclusion of the application process, the Company will retain electronic copies of the Entry, and is under no obligation to return the Entry to me. I understand that, unless specifically requested by the Company, my Entry will consist of a copy of my original work and not the original. At the Company’s request, I may be asked to submit the original work, in which case, after the work is inspected as part of the application process, it will be returned to me.

The Company may use and publish my name, likeness, and my Entry in connection with the Open Call. If my entry is selected, I understand that the Company will invite me to enter into a contract for completion of the proposed artwork.

I represent that I am 18 years or older and able to contract in my own name and/or I am the parent or lawful guardian of the minor hereafter identified, and I am lawfully authorized to contract on their behalf. I further acknowledge and represent that I have completely read and fully understand the above Application and Release and agree to be bound thereby.
