Our multibank platform is a single point of access to all bank accounts and other financial products and services. Main features of the platform are a central Payment Hub, Cash Management and Treasury modules. The combination of this functionality with many bank connections in one place offers tremendous financial and operational efficiency, especially for medium and large sized companies. Will Corporates still require accounts all over the world if they can access the payment systems any time from a single account? Will the concept of ‘follow-the-sun’ be obsolete since liquidity does not need to move? How would this affect correspondent banking? 1:15PM – 2:15PM Open Banking - Threat, Opportunity or a Compliance Headache? Grand Ballroom, Salon A/B Open banking had been hailed as a way to revolutionize banking – “biggest change since electronic payments”. And whereas there are some notable successes (India) in the majority of the world even the efforts with the “full regulatory weight” behind them (PSD2, UK Open Banking) are not even close to delivering the promised results. Is that true? Do we understand why? What needs to change? Do we have the will to do the needful? What learning can we apply to US? Moderator Gene Neyer Executive Advisor, Payments Icon Solutions
