Rausch Herefords will pay ½ of the premium for mortality insurance for one year if purchased at the time of settlement. Martin-Trudeau Insurance will be on hand sale day for your livestock insurance needs.

Rausch Guarantee

All bulls are guaranteed as sound and healthy breeders at the start of their first season. Bulls will be given an unconditional first season breeding guarantee. If an injury occurs in the first 90 days of breeding, the buyer will receive credit, minus salvage value, towards a future purchase or replacement bull. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please contact us as soon as an injury occurs.

DELIVERY & WINTERING

Rausch Herefords offers free delivery throughout SD and ND. Receive a $100 discount per bull, $50 per registered heifer and $20 per commercial heifer if you haul your own on sale day. For deliveries, we will coordinate loads at our convenience. If you’re unable to take delivery on your cattle by April 1, we will keep them for a cost of $4/hd/day until they are picked up or delivered. Rausch Herefords will facilitate trucking to central points over 250 miles.

Retained Interest

Rausch Herefords will retain ¼ interest and semen use in herd on any lot in this sale. The interest retained will not affect your use or schedule.

Catalog EPDs were current as of 12/23/22. All genomically tested animals will have the GE EPD logo next to their information. If any bulls are known carriers of genetic defects, it will be noted in the footnotes.
