This Pale Ale has a good assertive pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. Brewed with Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara – Citra Malts and a blend of other American hop varieties create some great citrus flavours.
A full-bodied, strong bitter. Light in colour with a powerful bouquet of hops, developed fruit and a dry finish. Heightening both the malt and the hop aroma without being at the expense of each other is the key and we think we’ve done it. It’s a big, copper-coloured beer with a lovely roasted note supported by spicy aromas.
