2x YORKSHIRE BLONDE
This pale ale is full-bodied, well-rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops late in the boil result in a delicate fruity aroma.
3x DESERT RAT
Sandy golden asle. Dry bitter and refreshing with a powerful citrus hop finish from US centennial hops.
1x PAPARATZI
Straw-coloured and with a slight malty sweetness, this hoppy ale is single hopped with fruity, floral Polaris hops. With a tangy bitterness and herbal minty aroma almost reminiscent of menthol, it makes for a highly refreshing pint.
11x BREW XI
Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. Rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.
2x BUTTERLEY YORKSHIRE BITTER
A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.

This Pale Ale has a good assertive pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. Brewed with Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara – Citra Malts and a blend of other American hop varieties create some great citrus flavours.

Southwold Bitter’s distinctive, thirst-quenching, herbal hoppiness provides a genuine English bitter experience. Biscuity malts and light, caramelised toffee notes balance its classic English hop character. They are added late in the brewing process to maintain their wonderful aromas and create a long, lingering, resinous finish.

A honeyed malt sweetness from a grist of Britain’s finest Pale and Crystal malted barley, perfectly balanced by generous helpings of three celebrated English hops; Challenger, Admiral, and Pilgrim to give a beautiful full-bodied, textured beer with subtle spiced orange and cedar overtones.
