Dear Babson Community,
As I reflect on the past academic year, I’m filled with admiration and appreciation for our Undergraduate CCD team and the many partners across campus who make our work possible Together, we’ve continued to elevate career education at Babson in ways that empower students to launch meaningful careers and become entrepreneurial leaders who create, grow, and steward sustainable economic and social value everywhere.
This year, we were honored to receive a prestigious Career Spark award from Handshake, recognizing our team’s excellence in data and analytics. Building our capacity to use data to inform our practices has been an ongoing imperative. This commitment is exemplified by our new Undergraduate Career Outcomes Dashboard, which allows students to discover deeper insights into the employment, salary, and graduate school plans of their peers. By helping students make informed decisions about their careers, the dashboard has become an essential tool in our career advising. This work has also opened doors for us to share Babson’s entrepreneurial approach to career advising and education with national and regional audiences you’ll read more about that in the At the Forefront section A summary of the Class of 2024’s outcomes is included in the following pages
You'll also find updates on our career advising and employer programs from the past year in this report. We were thrilled to once again partner with our Gold Sponsors, EY and PwC, throughout this year. Their personalized engagement strategies in the classroom, at recruiting events, and through career education opportunities do result in continued strong hiring.
We could not accomplish all that we do on our own. Our Employer Advisory Board has been instrumental in guiding our recruiting programs. To our many faculty and staff collaborators, employer partners, and alumni, thank you for allowing us to leverage synergies to support our students’ career ambitions You may have heard me say that “Career Outcomes Are Everybody’s Business” – if you’d like to get more involved, let’s talk.

Career advisers hosted a series of highimpact AI-integrated programs to equip students with strategic tools to stand out in today’s competitive market Notable events included “Career Fair Prep with AI,” “Amplify the Career Fair with AI,” and the Pokémon-themed “Networking: Gotta Catch’em All with AI.” Developed in collaboration with the Babson AI Club, these programs fostered peer engagement and innovation in career readiness Additional programming such as the “Gen AI Career Workshop”
Internships are crucial for students in providing hands-on experience, industry exposure, and valuable networking opportunities. These experiences help students develop essential skills and gain a better understanding of their chosen field. However, many internships are unpaid, which can be a barrier for some students This is why the Intern Sponsorship Award, which provides

introduced students to emerging tools and strategies for career success. CCD’s longstanding use of AI tools like VMock has helped students optimize resumes and build confidence in their applications Today, AI tools supercharge career progress by shaping advising, programming, and outcomes across class years and backgrounds. funding for students in unpaid internships, is vital. It ensures that all students, regardless of their financial situation, can take advantage of these opportunities. The Employer Relations team plays a crucial role in connecting students with internships, jobs, and employers. Through a variety of events, we directly advance two high-impact career practices: understanding career opportunities and networking with employers
This year, we hosted two flagship Business Career Fairs and various industry-focused events, creating direct pipelines between students and employers These events provided
hundreds of students with valuable opportunities to explore career paths, build professional networks, and engage with top companies across sectors By offering expert-led panels, career readiness workshops, and targeted outreach, we supported students in developing the tools and confidence needed to navigate today’s job market. Our Employer Sponsorship Program also gained momentum, offering partners enhanced visibility and personalized engagement strategies. We extend our sincere appreciation to EY and PwC for their ongoing sponsorship and commitment to developing future business leaders

CCD's Employer Site Visit, or Trek, program expanded its reach and destinations, allowing more students to participate than ever before Many students come to Babson unable to imagine what lies inside the towering skyscrapers they see, let alone envision themselves working in those buildings.
Our employer treks provide students with the opportunity to learn about industry and career opportunities, improve networking, and engage with alumni. Students undergo a rigorous application and preparation process to participate in
these experiences. Our treks focus on some of the top industries and locations that Babson undergrads pursue. We've run a Finance trek in NYC for many years, and added a Real Estate track this year Retail and Marketing remain top industries among Babson students, and while in NYC for the National Retail Federation Conference, students met with alumni at Stantt and L'Oreal. We continue to expand our trek program to other hubs including Boston, Miami and London. Thank you to the employers we visited this past year (see employers below)
