ONECARD & PARKING

Located in Reynolds 136, the OneCard & Parking Office provides a varitety of services to the Babson Community Our staff included two full time staff, one part-time staff and five student employees

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Addition of over 40 exterior card readers on campus improving safety and security

Completion of RFP process to implement new software for ID management and transactions improving the end user experience

Parking permit and parking lot reorganization to improve parking on campus

Full time staff serve on NACCU committees

Faculty leader for NACCU LEAP Cohort

Launched training programs for staff through Canvas

Collaboration with Olin College to improve OneCard & Parking Services

Collaboration with Babson Dining to launch food drive through the OneCard Office

Our EV parking spaces avoided 141,958kg greenhouse gas emissions, which is like planting 3,640 trees and letting them grow for 10 years

In October 2024, the OneCard Office hosted a NACCU Near You event This event provided local and affordable educational opportunities which facilitated networking, idea sharing, and professional development for campus identification and transaction system professionals
