The customer declares to know how to swim 50m / 150 feet in the sea The trainee declares that he/she will follow the instructions given by the instructor and especially in the navigation zones. The lifejacket and safety helmet must be worn at all times during the activity. The customer must be insured with a civil liability covering Kitesurf practice. The customer declares having read the civil and individual accident liabilities offered by the B52 kiteschool. (FFVl, air-courtage). If the customer cancels without a medical certificate : the same day : no refund, 24h before the lesson : 50% refund, 48h before the lesson: total refund. Failure to comply with the safety instructions involves the customer's entire liability. The customer confirms having been informed by the instructor of the navigation zones, commits to respect these zones and remain in the zone where he/she can sent by the instructor. Failure to comply with the instructor‘s orders may lead to the cancellation of the rental with no possibility of refund. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the rental in case of bad weather conditions or a technical problem. If equipment is damaged, a part of the deposit will be cashed.
