The trainee declares that he/she has no medical reason which prevents the practice of Kitesurf. The trainee declares to know how to swim 50m / 150 feet in the sea. The trainee declares that he/she will follow the instructions given by the instructor and especially in the navigation zones. The lifejacket and safety helmet must be worn at all times during the activity. The trainee must be insured with a civil liability covering Kitesurf practice. The trainee declares having read the civil and individual accident liabilities offered by the B52 kiteschool. (FFVl, air-courtage). If the trainee cancels without a medical certificate : the same day : no refund, 24h before the lesson : 50% refund, 48h before the lesson: total refund. Failure to comply with the safety instructions involves the trainee's entire liability. The trainee confirms having been informed by the instructor of the navigation zones, commits to respect these zones and remain in the zone where he/she can sent by the instructor. Failure to comply with the instructor‘s orders may lead to the cancellation of the lesson or the supervised navigation with no possibility of refund. B52 Kiteschool is not liable for objects transported, damaged or lost. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the lesson in case of bad weather conditions or a technical problem.
