GOOGLE MY BUSINESS Q&A (QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS) This is one of the many functions of Google My Business that most people don’t utilise and notice.

This is a front-end feature of Google My Business.

NOTE: if this feature is not visible on your end, this is due that Google may have not turned this feature on your business and/or Google does not support Q&A feature for your business category.

This feature can be utilized by starting to write your own questions (of which people is searching for your business) and answering that question.

Start with a couple of keyword rich questions and answer that question.

Google can anonymously post the question for privacy purposes.

Everything that is written on this Q&A panel is keyword searchable.

When you have developed Google Reviews, answers are automatically propagated when a person starts to type in a question for your business.
