I’ll start with a confession. I love physical stores. When you walk into a store, your senses are stimulated by smell and sound. You have to look around and decide where to walk. Are you being spoken to? And is it a perfunctory hello or a community welcome? Sometimes you are surprised by the range, and you walk away with something completely different than what you were initially looking for.
Last year we worked hard to technically improve the brand new web shop and that, for example, has improved the search enormously. Next year my goal is to transfer a little bit of the experience of the physical store to our web shop. A great challenge with five different brands and ten thousand different products!
I have been working for our company since 2017 and during these years I have had the privilege of meeting many of our customers. During trade fairs, showroom visits or at your company. It’s great to see that many of our customers are still the same customers as in 2017. At the same time, we also see that the way we do business is changing. These changes are mainly related to digitalization. Fortunately, we have been receiving more orders via Whatapp than via fax for a while now. But the role of the webshop in particular has grown significantly.
A successful webshop only works if everyone within our company supports it, purchasing ensures the correct quality of all product data, marketing ensures the right graphic content and our e-commerce specialists work on improving the shop every day.

You can find our showroom during workdays at Platinastraat 100 in Hengelo, the Netherlands. Twice a year we completely update and renovate our showroom to show our customers our Newest collection. The spring/summer collection opens june 1st. and our fall/winter/christmas collection on December 1st. You are welcome to book an appointment with an expert on our sales team.
