I am deeply passionate about designing comfortable, inspiring spaces that truly enrich people’s lives, and I enjoy bringing my ideas to life through physical architectural models. Beyond architecture, I express my creativity further by painting which allows me to explore new dimensions of artistic expression.

This seven-floor architectural project aims to embody sustainable living combined with modern comfort. Constructed with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) for eco-friendliness and warmth, the building uses prefabricated units to ensure efficient construction without sacrificing quality. The rooftop features a glass-enclosed pool with panoramic river views. The ground floor hosts an open kitchen restaurant that serves as a social hub, connected to an underground garage which offers easy and secure access for residents.
The project is part of a neighbourhood that consists of 21 buildings, each designed by a different student. The masterplan highlights sustainable design and aims to set a benchmark for environmentally conscious urban development in Brno.
Academic year 2020/21- IV semester, Bachelor´s degree program
The concept enables socializing in nature without disturbing it. The pavilion is made of horizontal wooden floors stacked at varying heights, spaced to create a transparent, floating appearance. It has two main parts forming one whole. The lower part is a solid cube with an irregular interior resembling termite holes. The upper part is its negative, in the shape of the lost volume of the lower part. appearing as a separate core. This creates two distinct pavilions: one introverted and one extroverted, both originating from the same geometric form.

The heart of the complex is the Olympic Hotel Igman. As it is connecting all the zones around it. It is meant to reconnect the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina again by doing different sport activities together, like it used to in 1984 Winter Olympic games.

Master thesis - Rising after Fall: Reconstruction of Sarajevo Winter Olympic Games herritage site, Olympic Hotel Igman
Faculty of Architecture and Urban design
Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic
Academic year 2024/25 - Master´s degree program
This project aims to preserve the memory of the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics by revitalizing the Olympic Hotel Igman, that got bombed and destroyed during the 90s war. By integrating sports facilities and gathering areas, the place becomes a vibrant, inclusive sport center, that honors the Olympic heritage while fostering community, respect, and connection among all residents. The rise of the hotel seeks to restore collective identity, promote peace, and transform a symbol of past tensions into a model of lasting unity and hope for Sarajevo’s future.
Hotel Igman was built from 1981 to 1983 for the Olympics, covering 16,000 m² with 512 beds, 43 suites, restaurants, bars, sauna, auditorium, and a WWII museum. It blended modernist design with local tradition and post-Olympics served as a tourist and sports center.
During the 1990s Bosnian War, it was heavily damaged and burned in 1993, remaining a ruin since.
Current Status and Future Plans:
As of early 2025, the ruin is a popular urban exploration site with visible war damage and graffiti, drawing tourists interested in Olympic history and postwar architecture.
Sale and Promised Renovation:
In February 2022, The Place Sarajevo (owned by Emir Granov and Dubai investors) bought the hotel for 5 million KM, agreeing to invest 10 million KM over three years to renovate and preserve its functions, with a staged payment plan.
Unfulfilled Promises:
By May 2025, no renovation has started, and the hotel remains in its pre-sale ruined state. Neither the buyer nor authorities have explained the delay.

The tower concept begins with a simple square, transforming into an organic form that harmonizes with the surrounding nature. Inspired by a bird’s nest, it features a unique bamboo-like grid structure, unusual in Germany, designed to attract visitors.
The structure has 8 horizontal platforms, a central column, and a spaced diagrid, giving it a semi-transparent appearance. It consists of two parts: a lower restaurant base and an upper, narrower section with a circular staircase. Located by the Neckar River, visitors can climb 200 stairs with resting points, reaching panoramic river views.

WATER WORLD
Project: Water World
Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism
University of Stuttgart, Germany
Academic year 2021/22- VI semester, Bachelor´s degree program
What to do when water levels rise? Areas at high flood risk without protective dikes need special measures, such as raising ground floors to +3.5 m or higher to minimize flood damage and protect homes and businesses.
At this location, Here, a protective wall serves as flood defense and a promenade for visitors. The triangular restaurant faces the earth and park below, with upper floors overlooking the water. Visitors enjoy panoramic river views from upstairs. Its glass and wood envelope rests on steel columns, emphasizing sustainable, eco-friendly design that blends with nature.
Done together with a colleague Maria Ispas.
The timber stairs, planted with trees above, will decompose as water levels rise, but in 50 years, the grown trees will stabilize the soil, naturally preventing flooding and erosion.

RESIDENTAL AREA
Project: Residental area
Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism
University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina Academic year 2020/21- IV semester, Bachelor´s degree program
The 2.13 ha area for the settlement concept includes four types of family house rows, accommodating about 235 residents. Access is from the west via a side street, with a green buffer separating the area from the main street. Pedestrian and bicycle paths surround and cross the area, linking to the main road with a bus stop and bakery. Designed primarily for families with children, the three internal streets are dead ends. A tree-surrounded park with a central large tree lies in the middle. At the entrance, a two-story building houses a kindergarten, gym, market, and restaurant. The rest are 2-3 story family houses with basements. Each house has a private backyard and parking space in front.

Using native plants creates a thriving, year-round ecosystem supporting many species.
Design Principles:
1. Our view of nature guides our designs,
2. We coexist with nature,
3. Nature has changed through human impact and doesn’t need to be untouched,
4. Designs should honor diverse perspectives and values.
