Azle, Springtown residents among 25 indicted The Parker County Grand Jury met Thursday, Feb. 20, in Weatherford and returned 31 indictments against 25 individuals. Three are Azle residents while another trio live in Springtown. • Derek Kyle Auvenshine, 33, of Azle, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault of a public servant as well as for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. • James Patrick Davison, Jr., 29, of Azle, was indicted for assault family violence (choking), a third-degree felony. • Sara Lin Kirby, 19, of Azle, was indicted for injury to a child, a third-degree felony. • Jerry Wade Curtis, 43, of Springtown, was indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
