Al-Khereiji palace that is located in the western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah is considered one of the abandoned heritage buildings that has a great historical, artistic values, and represents cultural heritage of the city.
The purpose of this study is to develop an architectural strategies to preserve and transform the palace into a boutique hotel with local and international standards, as well as according to the local and international rehabilitation policies.

The first house of the “Al-Khuraiji” family was the new house, then they moved from it to the house they rented from “Najm Al-Din Dhafer” in “Al-Shuna” at the entrance to “Darwan”, then they moved from it in the year “1354” to their new house, which they built west of Al-Ghamama Mosque and the coal market They built a large pavilion in a unique geometric shape, decorated its facades with carved stones, and bought a garden known and famous as the “Khurijieh” garden in “Al-Awali”, where banquets were held for kings and presidents, and there were two hostels for men and women.

THE MAIN DESIGN CONCEPT
The main idea of our concept is to have a rehabletion boutiqe hotel thats why the hotel is centerised in the palm trees farms to enhance the walkablitity around the hotel and to also enhance the visual connectivity from the hotel to the farm.The designs of new buildings are inspired by the old building and the distinctive Hijazi style.

A mosque (masjid) is a place of prayer for Muslims, where the act of prostration is performed.The project is to design a local mosque with the necessary requirements of residency and services also a gathering area for a neighbourhood,Most mosques are designed to fulfill the objective of creating a place for praying only without consideration of form,space,experience and beauty. The mosque is located in Jeddah, It is a governorate located in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

THE PROJECT NAME
The movement areas consist of a main thoroughfare that cuts across the entire site from start to finish. Additionally, there are dedicated pathways for bicycles, as well as pathways for golf carts and scooters.
There are four zones in the project: the Business Zone, the Commercial Zone, the Cultural Zone, and the Academic Zone.

Sumou Towers (formerly Lamar), one of the leading projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its prime location on the northern Corniche of Jeddah, overlooking the Red Sea. The project has been partially constructed and Asmo aims to complete the construction and development of the project. Sumou Towers consists of two towers, the southern tower 71 floors and the northern 62 floors.

The project also includes a number of commercial offices and at the same time it includes a commercial shopping center (mall) that includes the most luxurious shops and international restaurants, in addition to a sports center, spa and multiple areas for luxury.

In the course, I was asked to redraw architectural plans and convert them into construction plans with architectural drawings. This Na House was constructed on a narrow land lot of 3,5m x 18m in a comfortable urban area in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city. The landlord's demand is to create a living and versatile space for utilizing, simple and improvable to act accordingly with the economic capabilities of a young employ family income.

A study material in college for teaching renering and architectural drawing. It is one of the basic subjects in the study plan for the subject. And I got a score of 100+. He asked us to draw a residential villa, take it out, and make more than one proposal.

Changing the background of the Al-Nasr Club store in Jeddah. More than one design proposal was made for the store officials, and this proposal was approved based on the client’s recommendations and requests.
As I conclude my academic journey at King Abdulaziz University, College of Architecture and Planning, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to my wonderful university experience.
