Instructions:
1. Unzip the folder. 2. There are two folders with name DVD 1 and DVD 2. 3. Mount both the ISO files. You can simply right click on file and select mount on Windows 10. If you are using Windows 7 then use a free software for mounting disc like daemon tool etc. 4. Open the files in DVD 1 ISO. click setup to run the installation. 5. In the middle of installation it will ask you to enter the drive letter of DVD 2. E.g. J: if its in J drive. 6. Then the installation will be completed. 7. Now go to the main folder that you downloaded and look for folder with name crack. 8. Look for file gta-vc and copy it to the game location which can be found in C drive then program file x 86 then in folder Rockstar games. 9. It will ask you to replace the old file click on that. 10. Now the game is fully installed. 11. Now go to search bar and type gta vice city and run the game. 12. It should run fine. 13. If you are having trouble moving the direction then use keys numeric keypad 4 and 6 keys. 14. You can also use mouse to move the direction if its not working then go to game settings and click on restore defaults and then restart the game. Hope it will work.
