Terms & Conditions
◦ Cats must be orally good and active. No flu or fever upon check in. All cats must update their vaccine 2 weeks prior to check in.
◦ Please bring your cat's vaccine book upon check in. Flea treatment is mandatory for every cat.
◦ No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any contagious disease can be accepted.
◦ If your cat requires a special diet or has a sensitive stomach, you are advised to bring your cat's dry food.
◦ Raw meats, food, drinks and medicine that need to be stored in the fridge are not allowed.
◦ Cats with a special diet (different dry food or wet food from other cats from the same owner) must have a separate room to maintain their diet. Only 1 type of wet or dry food is allowed per room.
◦ If cats in the same room have a fight, they will be separated into different rooms and there will be extra charges.
◦ Full payment is required upon check in.
◦ Full payment for booking during Public Holiday.
Cat Care & Neuter
◦ At least 6 months old ( Female Cat ) , 8 months old ( Male Cat ) Weighed 2kg and above
◦ Has a good general health
◦ Female Cat must be 2 months after giving birth (if relevant)
◦ Free from any contagious skin disease
◦ Must have received at least one dose of vaccination and still following the immunisation schedule
◦ Please bring your cat's vaccine book upon check in. Flea treatment is mandatory for every cat.
◦ If your cat requires a special diet or has a sensitive stomach, you are advised to bring your cat's dry food.

◦ Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking
◦ Booking must be made at least 2 days prior
◦ A deposit of RM20 per cat is required to secure your booking.
◦ Full payment for the grooming service is due upon completion or prior to Cataxi delivery.
◦ We kindly request that your cat is to be healthy, active and free of any illnesses, particularly cold, prior to their grooming appointment.
◦ In the event that your cat is uncoorperative during the grooming session, we may not be able to continue the session for the safety of both the cat and our staffs.
Please do notify us for any cancellations at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled appointments. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
