The Board of Directors voted on proposed changes to the Trich Rule at the Summer Meeting. The proposal would change the requireme nt for bulls 12 months of age changing ownership to be tested negative for trichomoniasis to 18 months. See page 14. It's Time to Talk Policy Cont.
Policy Development is where ACGA's committees create directives for the organization. New committee chairs will be named by President, Billy Elkins, in the next few months. Please be on the lookout for committee updates in upcoming ACGA communications. ACGA would also like to welcome the newest Member at Large, Jay Platt. Jay was elected at the Summer Convention in Springerville and we welcome him on board.
