Prior to joining Thompson Thrift, Chris served as a financial analyst for Duke Realty in Indianapolis where Chris analyzed more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. What is a surprising fact about you? “Even though I was born and raised in the Midwest, I am a diehard Florida State football fan. While growing up, I was always rooting for Seminole players such as Deion Sanders, Charlie Ward and Chris Weinke.”

Andrew Harrison Senior Vice President Orion Investment Real Estate Solutions Years at Company: 8 Years in CRE: 16 Harrison specializes in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers in Arizona. He worked his way up the ranks in a competitive industry and has achieved excellent results for his clients through his extensive market knowledge and industry relationships. In his current role, Andrew was instrumental in the sale of the Cornerstone Shopping Center, an iconic property adjacent to Arizona State University in Tempe, as well as the prestigious Paloma Village in Tucson. What is a surprising fact about you? “I retired in 2019 as wrestling coach at Scottsdale Chaparral High School. I coached high school wrestling a total of 10 years and had the privilege to lead our team as the varsity head coach my final five seasons.”

Biggest career accomplishment (within the last 3 years) His biggest career highlight to date was purchasing the office/retail space for The Summit at Copper Square project (the first residential high-rise in downtown Phoenix). Strategically located across from Chase Field, Peper and his partner decided to move their corporate offices from the Camelback Corridor to Copper Square and become fully invested in downtown.
