THE CURVE AT MELROSE This new community was built with the neighborhood in mind. The developer established partnerships

with neighborhood organizations CASA (Community Alliance of Seventh Avenue) and SAMA (Seventh Avenue Merchants Association) during the project planning stage and worked closely throughout construction and lease-up. P.B. Bell also provided support for Lyceum Park which is located across the street from The Curve and sponsored the CASA (Community Alliance of Seventh Avenue) Bike Rack program with provided 25 bike racks along Seventh Avenue. When it came time to decorate and furnish the common areas, P.B. Bell purchased many vintage items from local stores within the Melrose District for the leasing office and club rooms. Items purchased include a plaque with the store name on it. Each unit is pre-Wired for Cox HomeLife and residents have access to secure parcel lockers, car charging stations, fitness on demand and FOB (remote) access.
