The new model will feature agencies who will help the advertiser become sophisticated marketers. I predict the client will be the smartest one in the room and an agency will help execute marketing strategies – much like an Ad Operations team. This

shift forces agencies to be better educators instead of hoping clients don’t have it all figured out. Clients will want to work with agencies that educate, leading to deeper win/win relationships and better advertising performance.”
