| DESCRIPTION

The client was desirous of 6 units of 5 bedroom terrace apartments in Victoria Island, Lagos. Due to site constraints in terms of size, this was only achievable using split levels to create extra volume.

The roadside facade was design to give the impression of a normal detached private house as requested by the client.

This design also incorporates roof terraces. Construction of this project is nearing completion as of Oct, 2023.

This facelift project was done for GIA studios where I worked part-time.

An old office complex in the Apapa area of Lagos required a face lift as some of the features were becoming depleted and archaic.

The new facade incorporates perforated aluminium panels on the front and sides and aluminum composite panels on all sides.

| DESCRIPTION

This renovation project was done for a personal client. The client was desirous of a modification of existing designs and layouts with emphasis on finishes, furniture and fittings. The new design package focused on interior details, wall, floor and ceiling finishes as well as the layouts of individual spaces.

My first masters degree project was a Tourist resort centre situated in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. The facility was to be a secluded destination and place of retreat providing tourists with comfortable accommodation in a well planned layout. The facility contained an Hotel building and several guest chalets.

| DESCRIPTION

This project was my final masters project; an internally displaced persons’ camp. At a time when insurgency was at a high in Nigeria between 2014-2017, when the number of IDPs had risen to over 2million, doing this project was a huge deal for me. Simply put, the objective of this project was to design a camp where IDPs felt at home and could live a sustainable life without having to compromise on their lifestyles and cultures.
