The Premier Inn in Bank London, needed renovation to improve end user experience as well as M&E, building compliance, and maintenance works. Each project is completed using a tried and tested programme which allows a fast rate of rooms to be completed in a short about of time, working floor by floor – on average a minimum of 25 rooms in a three-week period.
Each hotel requires every single floor and room to be transformed while the hotel remains open, and so this efficiency is key to delivering the project on time. The delivered end result is always of high quality, thanks to our directly employed teams and the successful relationship we have with our client.
Social Value
CLC has contributed to several social value projects organised by Premier Inn including fundraising such as raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The team are also contributing to a collaboration between Whitbread and Wirral Met College in Liverpool. A ‘mini Premier Inn’ is being constructed on site to provide young people with the skills and hospitality experience associated with working in a hotel. Internships will also be offered to students of the college with the opportunity for paid employment.
CLC were more than happy to get involved with this brilliant initiative and offer their services to re-create hotel rooms, utilising their experience of working in real Premier Inn hotels to make the experience 100% authentic.
