Supplier FAQ – Local Supply Chain (LSC) Portal
1. What is the Local Supply Chain (LSC) portal?
The LSC portal is our new online platform for managing supplier information, compliance documentation, and pre-qualification questionnaires. It replaces previous internal systems and helps streamline procurement and risk management.
2. Do I need to register to remain part of the AXIS CLC Group supply chain?
Yes. All suppliers must be registered on the LSC portal to remain active in our supply chain. If you haven’t received an invitation yet, one will be sent shortly.
3. Is there a cost to register or complete my profile?
No. Registration and completion of your business profile are free of charge. LSC offers a premium service, but this is optional and not required to work with us.
4. What does “Amber Status” mean?
Amber Status indicates that your profile is complete and includes all required documentation, such as insurance certificates and SSIP accreditations. This status is necessary to be considered for future work opportunities.
5. What happens if I don’t complete my profile?
Incomplete profiles may result in delays or exclusion from future tendering opportunities. We strongly encourage all suppliers to complete their profiles fully to remain eligible.
6. I’m already registered – what should I do?
Please log in and ensure your profile is up to date, including uploading any missing documentation.
7. I’m having trouble registering or completing my profile – who can help?

8. Will I still be able to work with AXIS CLC Group if I don’t use the premium service?
Yes. The premium service is optional and not required to be part of our supply chain.
9. What kind of work opportunities will be available through the portal?
The portal will be used to manage supplier engagement across all projects within AXIS CLC Group and its subsidiaries. Completing your profile ensures visibility for relevant opportunities.
10. How often should I update my profile?
We recommend reviewing and updating your profile regularly, especially when certifications expire or business details change.
