Previous experience and qualifications? Bsc (hons)
Quantity Surveying, 30 years+ working in the sector, client and contracting side, worked on Westminster Council contracts managing both housing and
non-housing stock, 10 years with Optivo setting up a national DLO and property management subsidiary, 8 years with Fortem as GM for PA Housing Contract. Also worked for Morgan Sindall as Operations Director for Westminster Council and Property Director for PA Housing (client side)
First impressions of us all? Really hard working, loyal and committed, very nice people wanting to deliver a quality service.
Immediate priorities – what does your day look like? Mostly meetings and emails and doing my best to get up to speed with all my contracts as quickly as possible.
