Through extensive research, bold development initiatives, and meticulous production processes, we deliver state-of-the-art lift controllers and associated components.

Intec Lift Controler

MLC 8000

At the heart of our technology lies the MLC 8000 , our flagship motherboard. This advanced component forms the backbone of our lift controllers, enabling seamless integration and optimal performance in elevator systems.

Thanks to the use of modern CAN bus technology, the lift controller can be used cost-effectively for small lifts as well as in the high-end range (up to 64 floors, up to 8 lifts per group) and can be used for both rope and hydraulic elevators. The lift controller was developed based on the CANopen standard for lifts (CiA 417).

MLC 8000

It is used for all types of residential and commercial buildings, but also for sensitive areas such as hospitals, nursing homes, police stations, buildings with special security requirements, etc.

DSS DSS Digital Safety System

The DIGITAL Safety System (DSS) is a cutting-edge solution that revolutionizes elevator safety. It replaces traditional security circuits in elevators with its innovative DSS. This system comprises a Safety Master and Safety Slaves connected via safety bus systems, eliminating the need for numerous relays and hardware.

Remarkably versatile, it covers a wide range of safety functions, from monitoring safety contacts to detecting uncontrolled movements and overspeed. One of its key strengths lies in elevators with complex security requirements, streamlining safety measures through software functions rather than additional hardware. With a user-friendly installation process and rigorous testing of safety features prior to operation, the DIGITAL Safety System sets new standards in elevator safety and efficiency.

DSS conforms to European safety standards EN 61508 (SIL3) and EN81-20/50 (PESSRAL).
