Last Thursday evening a 6year-old boy apparently ran out into the street in front of his grandmother’s house in Vista and was struck by a vehicle. The youth, Isaac Nutter, lived in Carlsbad with his mother, Fanny Carchure, and 1-year old brother, James. The incident was reported at 6:08 p.m. in the area of Melrose Drive and Spires Street, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

May Art Exhibitions at Municipal Gallery - The exhibition "Contemporary Realism" features artwork that relies on ordinary reality for its form and content. Bruce comes every day to take me to a dog park and play for an hour or more but its not like having a real home or having my own family. He tries to be there for me but I still sit in a kennel for the other 22 hours every day. I would really like to sleep at the foot of my master's bed and go hang out and just be a pal.
I am great with all dogs and people except that I am a little fearful of people when I don't know them. There were some people in the past that were not nice to me so new people need to show me they are not going to hurt me before I am really comfortable. The staff at the kennel all call me a "love" and I love them as well.
