My Dearest Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
On behalf of the organizing committee, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to all attendees of the Allegheny West Campmeeting 2024. We are thrilled to have you join us for this significant gathering as we explore the theme, "The Time Is Now."
In a world filled with digital distractions, seismic shifts as to what is truth, the hypocrisy in judicially holding bad actors accountable, the blurring identity crisis, racism, classism and secularism that has crept into the Christian church, it is essential to focus on what truly matters – our readiness for the Second Coming of Christ. The servant of the Lord once wrote “Now is the hour of probation. Now is the day of salvation. Now, now, is God's time.”Testimonies for the Church 2:102.
Throughout campmeeting, we have curated an enriching program designed to inspire and equip you on this journey of readiness. Spirit filled, engaging sermons, thought-provoking workshops, and uplifting worship services will encourage us to evaluate our lives and align them with God's Divine purpose.
We extend our gratitude to all the speakers, musicians, and volunteers who have dedicated their time and talents to make this event possible. Their contributions, along with your presence, will undoubtedly make this camp meeting a memorable and transformative experience for all.
I’d like to extend a special debt of gratitude to Bishop Timothy Clark for allowing us to worship here at First Church of God for our Campmeeting. Your generosity and support have made a significant impact on the success of our event. Furthermore, the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by your team has made everyone feel right at home.
Once again, welcome to the Allegheny West Campmeeting 2024. May your time here be filled with spiritual growth, fellowship, and a renewed sense of purpose as we prepare for the glorious Second Coming of Christ.
Blessings, President
Allegheny West Conference
