Welcome to our peak owners newsletter, where you’ll find all the latest park and team news, owner updates, events, competitions and the best local places to visit as voted by you.
I hope you have had a chance to visit your holiday home and enjoy a well-deserved break here with us. I am pleased to say our Owner Events so far have been a success, so if you haven’t booked one already, please do come along to one, it’s a great chance to meet the neighbours and also the team too. Details for all events throughout the season are inside this newsletter, alongside a Spotlight on Kerry, our new Owner Experience Manager. We had a good response to our Owner Survey we sent out to all owners via email and uploaded to Third Place Social. I wanted to thank all owners who took part in the survey, if you didn’t take part but do have a question, any feedback or ideas of ways to enhance your ownership journey here please do drop us an email to: ownerfeedback@awayresorts.co.uk.

If you would like to discuss anything we have set up some ‘Coffee & Chats’ with Kerry. These are every Sunday by appointment only, between 11am & 1pm. This is a perfect chance to ask us any questions or let us know of any concerns, all details are inside of how to book. Now COVID-19 restrictions are eased, we still all have a responsibility to look after ourselves and stay safe from the virus. We hope the lifted restrictions will make your stays the best they can be. Please remember, if you get a positive test for COVID-19 you should not travel here, you are still required to isolate. 2021’s holidays bookings are still very strong, so if you would like to take advantage of our hassle-free sublet scheme, please send us in your letting dates as soon as possible for the attention of Rachel Palmer Guest Services Manager. This is a great way to offset some of your holiday home running costs. Lastly, a gentle reminder your electric invoices will be sent in November as usual. These will be for the full year as they were not read in April. If you have any questions please contact one of the team in Owner Services. Peak is going well and is busy, I hope you and your families are able to join us.
