Welcome to our peak owners newsletter, where you’ll find all the latest park and team news, owner updates, events, competitions and the best local places to visit as voted by you.

Recently we have made some further improvements to the park, with our new Bike Hub and Toddler Play Area. And we have received some great feedback about our new developments too – Bullrush Close, Woodland Retreat and The Pastures, if you haven’t already, please feel free to walk through the new areas and take a look. We wanted to put a focus on wellbeing, so we have new spinning bikes. I hope you’ll get a chance to book on to a spin session and get to use these. More details coming soon, keep an eye on Third Place Social or speak to Damian to find out more. I am pleased to say our Owner Events so far have been a success, so if you haven’t booked one already, please do come along to one, it’s a great chance to meet the neighbours and even meet your Owner Experience team too. Details for all events throughout the season are inside this newsletter, alongside a Spotlight on Georgie, our new Owner Communications and Events Coordinator. We had a good response to our Owner Survey which we sent out to all owners via email and uploaded to Third Place Social.

What’s happening at

I want to thank all owners who took part in the survey, the aim for this survey was to ensure we are making your owner experience the best we can and to improve our owner service. If you would like to discuss anything related to your ownership journey, then please contact or come and see Damian your Owner Experience Manager. Damian will be more than happy to have a coffee and a chat with you, so you can ask us any questions, and let us know about your ownership experience so far. Now COVID-19 restrictions are eased, and we have entered step 4 of the governments unlocking roadmap, we still all have a responsibility to look after ourselves and stay safe from the virus. We hope the lifted restrictions will make your stays the best they can be, as a park and business we had to adapt hugely, thank you for supporting us in doing so. Please remember, if you get a positive test for COVID-19 you should not travel here, you are still required to isolate. 2021’s holidays bookings are still very strong, so if you would like to take advantage of our hassle-free sublet scheme, please send us in your letting dates as soon as possible. This is a great way to offset some of your holiday home running costs. Lastly, just a gentle reminder that gas and electric invoices will be sent in November as usual. These will be for the full year as they were not read in April. If you have any questions please contact one of the team in Owner Services. Peak is going well and is busy, I hope you and your families will be able to join us.
