Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park presents
Congratulations to the brilliant artist Jaxon age 2 who has won our Owners Christmas eCard competition and won themselves a Children’s Christmas Hamper!
Park Life Well, what a year 2021 has been. Since we were able to re-open in April, we have seen more holidaymakers and new owners stay with us than ever before. It’s fair to say that it has also been the most challenging year with the pandemic, the ‘pingdemic’ and the furlough scheme, all which seriously stretched our team. But in true holiday hero style they delivered, and they did it with a smile. Thank you for your General Manager understanding along the way, our team have been touched by some of your kind words and feedback this year.

Our owners are a huge part of the beating heart of Whitecliff Bay, and I’m proud to say that the community has risen by nearly 60 new owners this year! I know many of you sublet your holiday homes through us and more of you have joined our subletting scheme this year too earning some good income returns. Thank you for supporting the scheme and signing up. We recently sent out our ‘2022 Guide to Subletting’ so please take a look and send in your sublet dates soon.

What’s happening at
As you know the facilities close in December and will reopen in the Spring, but the park operational team will be here all year round maintaining our lovely park and at your service should you need us. We have considerable investment for 2022 in pitch development, indoor pool works, and in areas like machinery, tree management, operating systems and of course in our team. Sadly, Kerry Burke our Owners Experience Manger is leaving us to spend more time with her family on the mainland. I’d like to thank Kerry for the work she did this year, and we are busy recruiting for her replacement so we can maintain that momentum. In the meantime, Emily, Fiona, Rachel, and the Guest Services team are here when you need us. It was so lovely to see so many of you at our End of Season Owners Party. I was overwhelmed by the emails and cards we received from many of you expressing how much you enjoyed yourselves. 2022 will see a wider variety of Owners Events, some exciting news to follow on those. On behalf of all the team at Whitecliff Bay, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
