I wanted to start by thanking you all for your support with us here at Mersea Island throughout 2021, a very different year to most with lockdowns and restrictions to start off with, but a definite improvement on 2020!
There have been many highlights of this season; we have had a number of new team members that have slotted in very well that many of you will know already, we have held our first ever Summer Music Weekender which was a great success, and we have continued to invest in the park with another road development. It was a pleasure to see many of you at the Owners End of Season Party, what a fantastic evening that was! I look

forward to doing it all again at your 2022 Welcome Back Party. We have an even better Owner events calendar lined up for you in 2022, which we will share with you soon. I wanted to thank those of you who sublet your holiday homes through us, more of you have joined our subletting scheme this year too earning some good income returns. We have recently sent out our ‘2022 Guide to Subletting’ so please take a look and send in your sublet dates soon. Just a quick reminder! As we approach the winter closedown period please take the appropriate steps to keep your holiday home safe and protected from frost damage. If you have yet to organise your winterisation or require more information about draining down, please contact the team who will be happy to help.
