General Manager

I would like to thank you all for your patience and continued support throughout this challenging year. Despite the many hurdles brought about by the pandemic, we hope that we have been able to minimise any concern’s and maintain continuity throughout. On behalf of the whole team at Tattershall Lakes I would like to thank you for your understanding of the changes we have been required to make enabling us to work around the many obstacles which have faced us all this season.

2021 has seen the most Holiday Home Owners we have ever had, totalling over 1287. Many of you sublet your holiday homes through us and more of you have joined our subletting scheme this year too earning some good income returns. We recently have sent out our ‘2022 Guide to Subletting’ so please take a look and send in your sublet dates soon. We have continued to invest in the park throughout 2021, in its infrastructure and facilities and plan to continue this approach into 2022. We have some exciting new plans in place for next season including a new Fish and Chip Shop, an increase in complex seating and additional car parking.

As the weather becomes more inclement, we advise that the number of items used outside your Holiday Home are minimised to avoid any damage to either your own, or other Owner’s Holiday Homes. Continuing with the weather, we have sent you communications via Third Place Social, Email and SMS about the winterisation of your holiday home. The reason why we send this information repeatedly throughout our platforms is to ensure that all our owners are aware of the importance of winterising their holiday home. Without winterising your holiday home you may not protect your holiday home from frost damage, and therefore your insurance may not cover you so please take the appropriate steps to keep your holiday home protected. If you have yet to organise your winterisation, or require more information, please contact your Owner Services team at the earliest opportunity who will be happy to help. We have a more extensive Owner Events calendar planned for 2022 too, (to be revealed soon), and we hope that you can attend some of these along the way next year! We will be open throughout Christmas and New Year, but on behalf of all the team we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We have recently had some strong winds hit the Park, which unfortunately caused some damage to Holiday Homes from items such as trampolines, gazebos, and parasols not being securely fastened or put away. Please remember that only items that do not
