Vans Partnership with HeadCount

“Earlier in the month, our Vans Family and CSR teams launched our partnership with HeadCount, a non-profit that combines activism, music and culture to mobilize people to vote. Through this partnership, our new www.vans.com/vote page directs consumers to check and confirm their voter registration status. Consumers can also access this resource through our Vans Family app.

We are also proudly making a $15,000 donation to this non-profit as we look to support their mission and help expand their impact across the U.S.

Vans Vote T-Shirts

Consumers can also purchase limited-edition Vans Vote t-shirts via vans.com to help raise awareness to the importance of voting and having your voice heard. Our retail associates across the country have also been gifted these t-shirts to wear if they chose: www.vans.com/shop/vansvote-tee

Vans HQ ‘Go Vote’ Banner

We have also issued a call to action for everyone that travels on the 405 by installing a banner encouraging commuters to vote in this year’s election and directs them to our dedicated www.vans.com/vote page.”

As the Co-Founder of Awareness Ties and all about raising awareness, I am beyond inspired by how Vans decided to use their iconic ‘V’ to support the vote. Using the power of their brand to empower others is more than ‘noteworthy’, it’s noble. One thing is for sure, in addition to getting my Vans Vote t-shirt, I’m due for a new set of kicks. That said, I have my eye on a particular pair of Vans. Love supporting brands that back the people who support them. (In case you are wondering, this is the pair I have in mind: Anaheim Factory Sid DX.)
