Mat with cardstock and adhere to card base. 3 Stamp patterns on cardstock, punch ovals, and machine-stitch. 4 Tie twine around toothpick, trim toothpick, and adhere to card. 5 Stamp sentiment, trim banners, and adhere with foam tape.
