Embrace a renewed vitality and inner balance. The Vantage health and wellbeing facilities have been designed to leave residents feeling centred and rejuvenated.
Wellness Centre
The outdoor lap pool and adjoining spa are the glistening centrepiece of the wellness centre, giving you the chance to both exercise and unwind. The nearby sauna is the perfect place to de-stress as the cares of the world melt away, or simply lounge on the pool deck with friends, a good book, or your favourite podcast.

Exercise Studio
For those seeking even more fitness options, the modern, well-equipped gym features high-spec treadmills, bikes, weights, and plenty of floor space for yoga and stretching. Residents who have PTs may also use the gym with their trainer.
Complementing the studio, an outdoor yoga area offers both shade and sunlight, making it ideal for the warmer months.
Locker facilities and change rooms are also conveniently located close to the Wellness Centre’s pool, saunas and spas.

The Deck
Overlooking the beautiful grounds surrounding The Clubhouse, the outdoor dining area can be enjoyed all year round. The adaptable, elevated space combines covered and deck-side seating, as well as shaded areas to create a true alfresco dining experience.
Close by, barbecues are available for residents to cater for friends and family, before settling in around the firepit to watch the glow of the embers as evening descends.
Residents’ Lounge
For more relaxed catch-ups, day-to-day gatherings or private time, the lounge is a haven within a haven.

Knowledge Centre
Keeping the mind active is as important as keeping the body fit. A modern, library with comfortable lounge chairs provides a quiet escape into your favourite novel. Here, you’ll also find computer workstations with internet access for those looking to get some work done, do some research, or just a change of scenery from the home computer. This knowledge hub also has a table and chairs for collaboration or work that needs a bit more space.

Private Dining Room
For a more luxurious dining experience with friends or for a special occasion, indulge in the sophisticated ambience of the architecturally designed Private Dining Room.
It makes the ideal setting for exclusive, intimate functions, with the added flexibility of using The Clubhouse’s residents’ kitchen or bringing in external caterers.
The room can also be booked as a private meeting room.
Grand Dining Room
Vantage Hervey Bay’s Grand Dining Room is the ideal spot for large community and group events, seated dining, and celebrating special occasions on a large scale.
Offering direct access to a bar and a large domestic-style kitchen – complete with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer – residents may book the space for private functions or drop in and use the amenities as they wish.
Informal Functions
When an occasion calls for a more casual ambience, or something a little out-ofthe-box, residents may speak to their Community Manager to book the Vantage Theatre, the Games Room, the Deck or the Creative Hub.

The Vantage Theatre
With its large-format screen and lavish seating, the movie theatre brings a luxury cinema experience to Vantage Hervey Bay.
Providing a self-service bar, popcorn machine and tiered gold class seating, the cinema hosts regular screenings, showing a variety of favourites, and can be booked by residents for their own movie events.
Games Room
With its pool tables, dart boards and games tables, the Games Room sets the scene for friendly rivalry.
When you’re in the mood to take a swing, but don’t have the time to get out on the fairway, the exclusive indoor golf simulator can be accessed anytime, or booked for a particular session.

Community Garden
Whether you have green thumbs, or you’re looking to learn about gardening, the Community Garden is a dedicated space to grow plants and friendships.
Coordinated by residents, the area features a series of raised garden beds, for cultivating flowers and kitchen produce that can be shared amongst neighbours.
The Workshop
The community’s workshop is an inspiring retreat for those residents with a passion for making, fixing and crafting.
This resident-run space can be enjoyed by individuals who love creating with their hands and expressing their creativity, and groups who may be working together on a special project.
Creative Hub
Located within The Clubhouse, the multipurpose creative space offers a studio-style setup for arts and craft enabling artists and artisans to feed their passion and imaginations.
The seating, workspaces, storage and equipment have all been carefully selected for their specific functions, while the floorplan features wide doors that open to an outdoor studio area, providing additional space and more opportunities for creative expression.

The Fitness Zone
The dedicated sports and activity amenities have been carefully selected to help residents spend time outdoors with family and friends. For racquet and bat enthusiasts, there’s a full size court for tennis and two for the popular (and highly addictive) game of pickleball. If precision ball sports are more your thing, Vantage Hervey Bay even has its very own bowling green and putting green. If you’d rather just stroll or cycle, you are in the right place. A network of walking and bike paths weave their way through the neighbourhood. A dedicated community management team is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, works properly and looks stunning – now and for years to come.
The community management team looks after all operational and administrative aspects of the community, as well as ensuring facilities are maintained including community gardens, streetscapes, public areas and The Clubhouse.
Concierge service
Resort-style living isn’t confined to premium amenities. Residents will also be able to access the online concierge service to keep up to date with the latest announcements amenity information and events, all in one place.
