On behalf of the Aviation Week Network, we are thrilled to welcome you to Atlanta, GA. Planning for MALMS 2025 began back in June 2024, with our committee carefully shaping the messaging and program content around the theme: Adapt, Evolve, and Innovate. While this theme was originally designed for our audience, recent weeks have reminded us as organizers of its relevance—we have adapted to shifting policies, evolved with new realities, and embraced a bit of innovation in our programming.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to two distinguished speakers, Ms. Lisa Smith, SES, and Col. David Guida, they received special clearance to participate in this year’s event. Please take a moment to thank them for their presence and contributions to the industry. We know you will find great value in attending MALMS with the line-up of our esteemed speakers joining us this year. The opportunity to connect face-to-face is invaluable, and MALMS provides the perfect setting for these meaningful interactions. We look forward to an engaging and productive event, with ample networking opportunities during our Table Talks and reception. Additionally, we would like to recognize our generous MALMS sponsors: Elbit Systems of America, HEICO, M1 Composites, and StandardAero. We also extend our gratitude to Tsunami Tsolutions as a session sponsor, along with the many other companies represented in our programming. Be sure to visit the exhibitors in the military pavilion— appointments can be scheduled via the event app, and we encourage you to connect with them on social media as well.
New this year, our networking lunch will feature a structured activity during our Table Talks, offering attendees a chance to engage in meaningful discussions with colleagues. Further details will be shared during the opening session and throughout the conference. For those who prefer a quieter setting, designated tables will be available for attendees who wish to check messages or enjoy a moment of unstructured free time.
Come ready to learn, meet new colleagues, and, if it’s your first time in Atlanta, explore a vibrant new city. Wrap up the first day of the conference by connecting with customers and prospective clients. To maximize engagement, we have structured the schedule so that the conference will conclude after lunch on Wednesday, April 9, allowing additional time in the exhibit hall. The expo will then run in its entirety on Thursday, April 10.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to forge new relationships, strengthen existing connections, and make the most of your time at MALMS.
Enjoy the conference!
Best regards,
Carol Wilkins
