MICHEAL STARRED IN A MOVIE SERIES CALLED “CREED” WHERE HE WAS A PROFESSIONAL BOXER. GETTING INTO SHAPE FOR THE ROLE REQUIRED A LOT OF DEDICAITON AND FOCUS.
When Micheal was training for Creed, he had a 6-day a week plan. The goal was to keep the intensity up while resting as little as possible between sets. The goal was to get to “Rocky” level boxer physique to appease fans and they succeeded. Ever since then, Jordan has been known for his incredible boxer build he put in hard work to achieve.

KAIA GERBER
With the assistance of her personal trainer Kirsty Godso, Kaia trains hard to keep herself healthy and give her body the strength it needs. To do so, Kaia uses a combination of yoga, strength, and cardio that bring on the burn. Her main excersice focus on glutes, abs, and posture.
